As a social worker, part of my work is helping individuals and families be connected to community resources. Whether it’s just a question you have regarding a particular interest such as advocacy or day care for example, I’d be more than happy to join you in reaching out to your community.

Having a sense of resolve can be as simple as reading something inspirational or discovering a place or an activity that speaks to your soul, for instance, realizing that you really enjoy bird watching (guilty of this) or geocaching. Day to day activities can recharge you and leave you feeling more fulfilled. In my practice, I like to share articles, stories, etc. to help you explore and/or expand your knowledge of what makes you feel good.
